On Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at 4:00 p.m., Kenesaw Public Schools will host a meeting in the school library to discuss IDEA – Special Education Services that Kenesaw Public Schools will offer to qualifying nonpublic and home school students. The purpose of this meeting will be to provide an opportunity for district parents, parents of homeschooled children, and representatives of nonpublic schools to participate in the development of a plan for providing special education services to the children ages 0-21 with disabilities who attend nonpublic schools and home schools which are located within the Kenesaw Public Schools district for the 2024-2025 school year. Parents of a homeschooled child or a child attending a nonpublic school who has been or may be identified with a disability and attends a nonpublic school within the boundaries of Kenesaw Public School, are urged to attend.
