We need your input!  Adams County Communities for Kids is asking individuals to complete a survey to better understand the importance of high-quality childcare and educational programs within our county.

The survey should only take about 8 to 10 minutes to complete, and we encourage anyone who lives or works in Adams County, with or without young children, to complete the survey.
