I grew up in Kenesaw and am a graduate of Kenesaw High School, attending Kenesaw Public Schools from Kindergarten through 12th grade.  I graduated from UNK with a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism, and I began working for Kenesaw Public School in 2002.

As the Administrative Assistant, I am likely to be the first face you see as you enter the school. Other duties include sponsoring the Dance Squad.  I am married to Travis Dassinger, and we have two children, Jesse and Jordan.  We have lots of animals, including dogs, cats, and horses.

Fun Fact: Mrs. Gayle Archer taught me, my husband, and both of our children in 5th Grade.

My hobbies include rodeo and barrel racing with my daughter, and collecting corgis!
