I was born and raised in Fullerton, NE. After graduating from Fullerton High School, I attended and graduated with a Registered Nurse Diploma from Bryan Hospital School of Nursing in Lincoln, NE, in 1988, and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) from UNMC College of Nursing, Lincoln Campus at UNL in 1990. I worked as a float nurse at Bryan Hospital in Lincoln and Labor & Delivery at Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney before becoming a school nurse.

My husband, Keith, and I have been married for 27 years and live in Shelton, NE. We have three sons…Trevor, a 4th grade teacher in Grand Island; Michael, a sophomore in college at UNK; and Kaden, a junior in high school at GICC. I feel very blessed to be a part of the staff at Kenesaw Public Schools and strive to ensure that school is a safe, healthy environment for the students at KPS. Each week, I look forward to the time I get to spend with the wonderful students and staff at this awesome school.
